GBNever Received When placing my order, the website said 1-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping. It has been a month since I placed my order and customer support can't even tell me if the manufacturer has shipped the frames to them, much less how long it will be until I receive the glasses. The only good thing I can say is that my refund was issued promptly when requested. Update based on seller response: The only emails I received were vague responses to my inquiries essentially saying they didn’t know when they would get them and thanks for my patience… that went on for weeks with no actual updates provided.

GBGot sunglasses that weren’t the color I… Got sunglasses that weren’t the color I wanted. Requested to return via email. Was told once I sent them back on my own dime they’d refund my money minus a 5.95 restocking fee. I returned the sunglasses and never heard from them again despite multiple emails requesting my refund. Do not do business with this company. They will ghost you if you return an item for a refund and you have to pay to return it and pay a stupid restocking fee.

GBIt was fine It was fine. The actual delivery was much sooner than the earliest estimated time, and would have been while we were away, if we hadn't put a vacation stop on our mail.

GBToo much effort required to get it right I placed my order online and when it arrived, it was not correct. I ordered glasses and sunglasses and both had to be corrected. Once corrected, I love my glasses. I chose online ordering and uploaded my prescription thinking that would be easier but with this company it wasn't. I'm not sure why the representative I spoke to could not get it right. Love the product in the end but would not use this company again.
