GBCustomer Service I have purchased a number of glasses from Handforth Dean, Wilmslow store. I had a problem with my new frames and Daniel and Dale spent time in trying to correct the frames so that my nose was no longer being rubbed. If the problem persists I am to return in a week to choose another frame.

GBI recently needed an eyesight test and… I recently needed an eyesight test and new glasses at Boots Opticians, Romsey, Hants. (2.4.24 - 13.4.24) and was greatly helped by Sara, Beth and Charlie who gave excellent service and effective guidance of products available. They each went out of their way to ensure I had all the information needed to make effective choices. They took time to share their particular expertise with me which I definitely appreciated - this made for a fautless experience where I received high level, efffective customer service. Well done everyone - you are all a credit to Boots Opticians, Romsey.

GBIncorrect time on text message My appointment in store - Ilford - was booked for 4.30pm on 21th May. I received instead a CENTRAL text message the day after indicating (WRONGLY) that the appointment was at 5pm ??!! I checked with the Ilford store and they confirmed that it was booked for 4.30! This had happened to me before. The lady on general enquiries apologised but was unable to find the reason. A real nuisance. Sub-standard service. I’m going to IGNORE their nuisance and incorrect text messages from now on.

GBDissappointing service today from… Dissappointing service today from instore staff.. While seeing to another customer the assistant yelled across the shop and asked me what I wanted which I found quite embarrassing and after starting to explain I was then cut off mid sentence and told to make an appointment. I was tested at boots just over a month ago for long and short distance I opted for two pairs of long distance at a cost of £380 and was trying to order a pair of short distance glasses today but after that embarrassing episode it'll be bye bye boots opticians hello Specsavers from me.
