GB"The level of Customer Service and care… "The level of Customer Service and care from Jamal and his team at Boots Opticians Hammersmith has the perfect balance of friendly and professional. The Manager spent a lot of time with me getting my contact lens presciption the best it possibly can be. The regular staff all remember me when i come in for enquieries such as ordering an extra set of contact lenses. Minor repairs to glasses are completed quickly and to the best they can be. Good advice for choosing frames etc."

Superb training Reimbursed for being away from home while training. Boots are a superb company to work for.

GBIncorrect time on text message My appointment in store - Ilford - was booked for 4.30pm on 21th May. I received instead a CENTRAL text message the day after indicating (WRONGLY) that the appointment was at 5pm ??!! I checked with the Ilford store and they confirmed that it was booked for 4.30! This had happened to me before. The lady on general enquiries apologised but was unable to find the reason. A real nuisance. Sub-standard service. I’m going to IGNORE their nuisance and incorrect text messages from now on.
