Great Communication From the moment I contacted them they were in constant contact with me. Fantastic communication! They found a wonderful audiologist nearby. And the best thing is you can visit any audiologist in any city if you are out of town! The hearing aides are comfortable to wear and recharge. Great choice in hearing aides!

Excellent company Hear.com is an excellent company. Mr. Russ Blacklock was our initial contact after we responded to an add. He is an asset to the company as he was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, & respectful. We worked with several customer service personnel (Rosemary being one) who were both efficient & polite. We could not afford their product at this time, but their hearing aids come highly recommended.

Sorry for the former review.... I feel that I was harsh in the review I wrote before. I did not get the information I asked for but looked in my booklet and found what I wanted to know. The person I spoke to was very courteous but I was never contacted with the information I wanted. I have always had a wonderful relationship with hear.com and everyone has been helpful and wonderful to work with. So I want to give the 5 stars that I feel you deserve and I look forward to working with you in the future for any questions I have regarding my hearing aids which I love. Judi Mason
