Great Communication From the moment I contacted them they were in constant contact with me. Fantastic communication! They found a wonderful audiologist nearby. And the best thing is you can visit any audiologist in any city if you are out of town! The hearing aides are comfortable to wear and recharge. Great choice in hearing aides!

Her introduction to using hearing devices was clear and complete. I had a problem with one device which she diagnosed and resolved. I have tech experience and she provided with good suggestions for getting the most from the devices. A gracious lady with a good sense of humor. She is a solid professional.

Excellent company Hear.com is an excellent company. Mr. Russ Blacklock was our initial contact after we responded to an add. He is an asset to the company as he was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, & respectful. We worked with several customer service personnel (Rosemary being one) who were both efficient & polite. We could not afford their product at this time, but their hearing aids come highly recommended.
