Very surprised! Very surprised! At first I wasn’t sure if I could trust an internet provider. But after speaking to several local audiologists and received ridiculous quotes ,I called ZipHearing and spoke to Grant. He walked me through the process and recommended an audiologist he worked with for 12 years in my area. I spoke with her and she really was great and was very good at explaining my hearing loss and what devices would best suit my loss. (And Yes Grant at Zip Hearing is a real person in Nashville) I am really happy with my purchase of the Oticon Real1 and the personal service from Grant and the audiologist he recommended! I'm 68 and this my first experience… I'm 68 and this my first experience with hearing aids. I'm an engineer brain and research everything before I commit to purchase. Pinged around with ENT and another nationwide audiology brand. When researching Oticon I discovered ZipHearing. Got in touch through chat and quickly talked with Grant Davidson. He's informative, doesn't rush things, and is interested in helping customers rather than just making sales. Went to see the local ZipHearing audiologist for testing and decided on the Oticon Real 2. The local affiliate was thorough and very helpful. After a few weeks experienced an issue with the Real 2's. Arranged for a warranty swap and was then told that Grant had arranged for me to have the newly introduced Intent 2's, this is an upgrade and there was no additional cost. Really appreciate Grant's responsiveness and mindset that helping customers leads to sales, repeat sales, and a grass roots referral network.

Wow! Exceptional value for the money. Wow. Prompt, courteous, helpful service! Very responsive to all my questions and they were clearly answered. Everything that was said, was done. That does not happen in most companies. Oh, did I mention that their pricing cannot be beat!
