Very surprised! Very surprised! At first I wasn’t sure if I could trust an internet provider. But after speaking to several local audiologists and received ridiculous quotes ,I called ZipHearing and spoke to Grant. He walked me through the process and recommended an audiologist he worked with for 12 years in my area. I spoke with her and she really was great and was very good at explaining my hearing loss and what devices would best suit my loss. (And Yes Grant at Zip Hearing is a real person in Nashville) I am really happy with my purchase of the Oticon Real1 and the personal service from Grant and the audiologist he recommended! Everything was priced reasonably! They both get an A+

ZipHearing was a wonderful internet… ZipHearing was a wonderful internet find! My husband and I both needed hearing aids, and the quote from our ENT's audiologist was way too high. We were thinking of over the counter aids, but not sure they would be sufficient. Then I happened on Zip and everything changed. Grant Davidson was wonderfully informative and helpful, and not at all pushy. He really knew his stuff! He helped guide me to what I think are the perfect top notch hearing aids, and to a wonderful audiologist. It turns out that many of our friends had used this audiologist and loved him. The other internet providers that I spoke to just mailed the devices and would send someone to fit them and that was it. We now have a year-long relationship with an excellent audiologist. And most of all, the price was amazing!! About a third of what we had originally expected, and no pressure to buy the top of the line aids, although we did buy the same brand as originally recommended. We have already recommended Grant to several other people, and will continue to do so!

Zip Hearing returned calls promptly and delivered excellent hearing aids quickly. The prices were excellent! All went as promised. I strongly recommend this business! January 2023

Zip Hearing: User friendly pricing, exceptional care. Following my purchase of Resound Hearing Aids at a great price I received the highest quality support from their Audiologist. Subsequently I relocated to a different state and when 6 months later as required both the origional Audiologist and the fine folks at Zip rendered support as needed. Zip then referred me to a nearby hearing aid specialist for future follow up. Five stars just doesn't say enough. Thanks Zip

I am totally pleased with Zip Hearing… I am totally pleased with Zip Hearing and Grant our contact person. Everything that was promised was fulfilled. My hearing aids arrived in four days to the assigned audiologist who programmed them. I know I have the right to multiple visits if there are problems but at this point, I can’t imagine any. I would recommend Zip Hearing, in fact I have several times, to my family and friends. Bravo!
