My initial contact by phone to obtain information from their staff was very informative. The scheduling of my hearing test and fitting with their local audiology was handled great. My claimed was processed quickly. I am really impressed with the people and processes they have in place to take care of their customers. I would rate them a 5 star and recommend you include them in your search for obtaining your next purchase.

Ziphearing is fantastic Using Ziphearing to buy my latest pair of hearing aids has been a great experience. The buying process is easy and seamless -- without any high pressure sales tactics. Grant answered all of my questions up front and introduced me to an audiologist nearby who did the fittings and adjustments. I was even able to swap out the first pair of hearing aids for a newer model that Oticon came out shortly after I placed my order. And the price was more than 50% less than I was quoted by my former audiologist. Grant has been friendly, open and responsive throughout. I will definitely use them again for my next pair.

Zip Hearing: User friendly pricing, exceptional care. Following my purchase of Resound Hearing Aids at a great price I received the highest quality support from their Audiologist. Subsequently I relocated to a different state and when 6 months later as required both the origional Audiologist and the fine folks at Zip rendered support as needed. Not only was Jeff at Zip Hearing very… Not only was Jeff at Zip Hearing very helpful he sent me to an authorized Audiologist in Bonita Springs, just north of Naples where I live that was wonderful to work with. Their prices were way below those of my ENT and I am now hearing sounds that I forgot existed. I highly recommend them if you're thinking about getting hearing aids. Could not be happier with the entire experience and the money I saved.
