Ziphearing: a Great Experience I saved over 50% on my new Phonak hearing aids. I was not looking forward to buying new hearing aids: so many questions - what make, what options and what price? The process with Ziphearing was simple. I called Ziphearing and spoke with Jeff who recommended a local audiologist. When I visited the office, all my questions and concerns were addressed. We ordered the hearing aids and, four days later, they arrived. The audiologist reviewed all the operational features with me as well as how to take care of them. I then go back in thirty days for a follow up appointment to make any necessary adjustments. Jeff from Ziphearing kept in touch with me throughout the process.

The best way to get customized hearing aids I have used Zip hearing to obtain my last 3 hearing aids. In each case they gave me excellent, unbiased information about each hearing aid I was considering, which was so valuable for determining my choice. And the cost they quoted was 20-30% less than the price from hearing/auditory services near me, including the auditory test! Plus they referred me to a local audiology practice to test my hearing and adjust my new hearing aids. After my purchases, I relied on my Zip consultant to solve any problems. And he was superb. Most recently, one of my new hearing aids died when I was traveling over Christmas in East Asia. I called my consultant, from Cambodia, and he had a brand new pair seating for me at my local audiologist! Truthfully, I couldn’t be more satisfied.
