GBHorrible customer service I ordered my glasses in February of 2024 I never got a call saying they were ready to be picked up . so after less than two weeks I called and yes they were ready so I picked them up . Well after I had them less than a week I noticed two stitches on them and the coating looked lime it was peeling off. So I brought my glasses back and asked if they could do over yes I was told so I agreed . That was almost three weeks ago come monday I called a few times kept getting they are not back yet . This pasted Friday I called again a woman told me they received them back and the problem had not be fixed that was April 9 . I asked why didn't I ever get a call back to let me know what's going on I am very very disappointed in the customer service I plan on calling again and want to speak to the manager horrible communication😡

GBGlasses Damaged Twice now have taken my glasses in for an adjustment and both times required replacement lenses due to the lenses developing crazing immediately after being adjusted. Both times, as soon as I am handed the glasses, I realized I could no longer see out of the lenses. Each time, I was without my glasses for 1-2 weeks which is a major hassle. On the plus side, the staff is always very personable and attentive but due to these issues I hesitate to trust them with my eyewear and will likely not return.

GBBELOW SUBPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I've always used TargetOptical and never had any issues until recently. I decided to start wearing contacts more than my glasses, so I ordered what I normally wear (which was already in the system) and the shipping was 2-day air. Order was presumably lost, okay, no problem, ordered a replacement. The process is outdated and is not conducive to retaining customer loyalty. It should not take 10+ days to receive anything. Aside from that, customer service is below subpar. They expect you to just go with whatever they say BUT WE CAN'T SEE WITHOUT OUR GLASSES OR CONTACTS and this should be treated with urgency! TARGET OPTICAL DO BETTER & please keep the copied + pasted response. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, JUST DON'T USE TARGET OPTICAL.
