Phenomenal professionals who helped me… Phenomenal professionals who helped me get a beautiful pair of glasses. There was some difficulty initially with the lab, but it was resolved by the best help a customer could hope for: Blaire McCullough, Regional Manager. Wow! I ordered a pair of prescription GREAT JOB TARGET OPTICAL ONLINE!!Ray… I ordered a pair of prescription Ray Ban sunglasses online. They did a fantastic job. I’m absolutely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service I ordered my glasses in February of 2024 I never got a call saying they were ready to be picked up . so after less than two weeks I called and yes they were ready so I picked them up . Well after I had them less than a week I noticed two stitches on them and the coating looked lime it was peeling off. So I brought my glasses back and asked if they could do over yes I was told so I agreed . That was almost three weeks ago come monday I called a few times kept getting they are not back yet . This pasted Friday I called again a woman told me they received them back and the problem had not be fixed that was April 9 . I asked why didn't I ever get a call back to let me know what's going on I am very very disappointed in the customer service I plan on calling again and want to speak to the manager horrible communication😡

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. They don’t acknowledge customer’s when they come in store even when I was the only customer. Ran my insurance informations without a purchase. This prevented me from getting eye glasses from another store. When I ask them about this they said it was self explanatory, I should’ve known. Bad practices assume customers know their policies.
