I ordered a pair of prescription GREAT JOB TARGET OPTICAL ONLINE!!Ray… I ordered a pair of prescription Ray Ban sunglasses online. They did a fantastic job. I’m absolutely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Worst experience My husband had an appointment and Target made a claim for an order we never received or requested. Now they are unable to help us. My husband can not see without his contacts and we can not afford to buy these without insurance. Our experience has been the worst. So frustrated.

Almost perfect New sunglasses are gorgeous, price was excellent. Just one complaint - I was ordering online, and had my prescription info, but did not know the correct pupillary distance. I went to a Target Optical Center to get it measured, and they refused, saying they could only do that if I bought the glasses there. Target should determine a way around this restriction. I needed to buy the glasses on the Target website. Other than this difficultly, it was a great experience.

BELOW SUBPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I've always used TargetOptical and never had any issues until recently. I decided to start wearing contacts more than my glasses, so I ordered what I normally wear (which was already in the system) and the shipping was 2-day air. Order was presumably lost, okay, no problem, ordered a replacement. The process is outdated and is not conducive to retaining customer loyalty. It should not take 10+ days to receive anything. Aside from that, customer service is below subpar. They expect you to just go with whatever they say BUT WE CAN'T SEE WITHOUT OUR GLASSES OR CONTACTS and this should be treated with urgency! TARGET OPTICAL DO BETTER & please keep the copied + pasted response. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, JUST DON'T USE TARGET OPTICAL.
