Horrible customer service I ordered my glasses in February of 2024 I never got a call saying they were ready to be picked up . so after less than two weeks I called and yes they were ready so I picked them up . Well after I had them less than a week I noticed two stitches on them and the coating looked lime it was peeling off. So I brought my glasses back and asked if they could do over yes I was told so I agreed . That was almost three weeks ago come monday I called a few times kept getting they are not back yet . This pasted Friday I called again a woman told me they received them back and the problem had not be fixed that was April 9 . I asked why didn't I ever get a call back to let me know what's going on I am very very disappointed in the customer service I plan on calling again and want to speak to the manager horrible communication😡

There was some difficulty initially with the lab, but it was resolved by the best help a customer could hope for: Blaire McCullough, Regional Manager. Wow! Almost perfect New sunglasses are gorgeous, price was excellent. Just one complaint - I was ordering online, and had my prescription info, but did not know the correct pupillary distance. I went to a Target Optical Center to get it measured, and they refused, saying they could only do that if I bought the glasses there. Target should determine a way around this restriction. I needed to buy the glasses on the Target website. Other than this difficultly, it was a great experience.
