don't order if you are Canadian Like many others I fell for Kuru's advertisement where a little canadian flag pops up. I have dealt with other american companies where this means that it includes the appropriate taxes etc. I fell for the titles of easy exchange, returns. If you read the find print this is not true if you are not in the US. Felt like false advertisement. I am returning the shoes without trying them on. I now will have to pay for the return AND Then fill out a bunch of forms to get the tax and customs duty that I paid.

Package lost Package lost. Transferred three times to finally be told that I’d have to file a claim with UPS which could take 1 - 7 days as they considered the package lost (already had been waiting for delivery for 2 weeks at this point). Asked for expedited pair of slippers to be sent in place of lost package and was told this was not possible. Again redirected to UPS for claim filing. Went ahead and disputed charge with my credit card company. Will never buy from Kuru again.

Too hard of a footbed, uncomfortable & unyielding on cement floors The shoes feel and look of good quality materials. I found the break-in period did nothing to help with my plantar fasciitis. It was since day one I found the footbed hard and unyielding. I work on cement floors all day and could never get past a 1/2 shift before needing to swap out and wear a different pair of shoes. I ordered prior to changing my position from office to sales floor so by the time I got through the break in period it was past 45 days and KURU wouldn't refund even though the shoes are nearly new. This is the 2nd time I gave Kuru a try and will not bother with this brand again.
