Scammers - do not buy anything from this company! Ordered a sofa in March for my brother who is in a care home and has dementia. Delivery was promised for 2 weeks but after 6 weeks the company still couldn’t give me a delivery date so I cancelled the order. I was promised a refund but nearly 2 months later and after countless phone calls and emails he still hasn’t had his money back. I’ve now commenced legal action against Homecarechairs to get him his refund. Dealing with the company is a nightmare - they simply ignore emails and phone calls. On the rare occasion I have managed to speak to someone, they promise a refund but nothing ever happens. Seriously do not use this company!

Products are good but the customer… Products are good but the customer service is terrible, don’t reply to emails, don’t call back when they say they will, this is a real issue especially when your spending £200 on a single chair. You really need to sort out your customer service.

Chair was good Chair was good - however delivery left something to be desired. it would have helped if the company had rung or texted before attempting delivery as we were out and could have made other arrangements. Royal Mail mislaid the parcel attempted delivery twice and finally chair arrived damaged. We fixed it and it is OK, but a good experience, ruined by bad delivery. Company were helpful , but still awaiting refund of postage costs.

Good Customer service lacking The chair looks good and seems comfortable. However, I believe their customer service could be a lot better. An email was ignored, call-back didn't happen and kept holding on too long when I rang. In my delivery instructions I asked for driver to ring me approx. 1 hour away so I could be at the nursing home when it arrived. Having received bad customer service I suspected this wouldn't happen so I went over and waited and yes I was right the driver didn't ring me. I detected a bit of an 'attitude' from them in my dealings. At no point did I feel like a valued customer.

Great quality, super service We are very pleased with the quality. It’s exactly as pictured on the website we ordered from. The fabric is lovely. It arrived in tip top condition, brilliantly packaged. My husband is delighted to have a comfortable stylish chair that fits his tall broad frame. Very impressed with service given order made during Covid19 lockdown. Thank You!
