Ordered chair and foot stool, found the customer services very helpful. Chair and footstool well made and the attention to detail is excellent. Arrived on time, delivered by Homecare chairs. I've had my chair and footstool for two weeks, the support to your back and hips are amazing(make sure you order the right size). Very pleased with my purchase would highly recommend.

Order process okay however delivery… Order process okay however delivery details were not great. Tracking poor and had to call a few times to get info. No advance notice of delivery slot received so just by luck I was home when delivery arrived. Love the chair though it’s perfect for my son and quality appears very good.

They didnt send an e-mail to say when… They didnt send an e-mail to say when the chair was going to be despatched,had to go on the company chat room to get a sales person to get someone to contact me. The delivery driver did phone 30 min before delivery which was good, allowing me to come away from work,but the wrong height chair was delivered 21 inch instead of the ordered 19,so had to wait for it to be collected and altered,came back 2 days later on courier who said delivery 11-12,turned up 1.50pm. So not very happy with service,will not be recommending to others.

I was a bit nervous about ordering a… I was a bit nervous about ordering a chair online without having the opportunity to try it first as it was for my elderly mother. However, I was delighted that it arrived promptly and was so well made. My mother loves her new chair which is well designed and so comfortable. Tremendous value for money and fits well in our living room, I chose a wing back style with Queen Anne legs and I was impressed at the range of colours and fabrics. I would certainly buy more furniture from Homecarechairs.

Only good things to say... Good service, great value for money, excellent chair for post hip replacement operation. It’s the only chair I’ve been comfortable in since surgery 1 month ago. I would highly recommend it to anyone in a similar situation. The standard size is quite neat so doesn’t take up too much space. The only extra I chose was the anti- pressure cushion and it seems to work well. All good, thank you Homecarechairs.
