GBAbsolutely Delighted I ordered Alisson Orthopedic chair for my elderly mother. Compared to chairs of this standard from other companies I think this one was reasonably priced. My mum is very pleased with it. It looks good and she finds it really comfortable. The only thing though , since I have got use to quick deliveries these day, this item was not that. It took about three weeks. However when I enquired by email, Homecare Chairs responded quickly giving me the day and approximate time. The delivery man came at that time and was extremely helpful.

GBAvoid a rubbish supplier and product Delivery took 26 days instead of the 10-14 days they commit to on their website. Emails to check on delivery status ignored or replied to with lies.Promised phone calls with answers never received. In short appalling customer service with an attitude. When the chair was finally received, dumped on the driveway by some courier service without notice, we had our physiotherapist take a good look at it. They pronounced it to be poorly designed, poorly constructed from poor materials and entirely unfit for purpose- pronouncing it would do more damage than good to a user. Furthermore these people are not the manufacturer or designer, they are just traders, buying in cheap unfit for purpose rubbish product from a contractor. Avoid!

GBChair was good Chair was good - however delivery left something to be desired. it would have helped if the company had rung or texted before attempting delivery as we were out and could have made other arrangements. Royal Mail mislaid the parcel attempted delivery twice and finally chair arrived damaged. We fixed it and it is OK, but a good experience, ruined by bad delivery. Company were helpful , but still awaiting refund of postage costs.

GBGood Customer service lacking The chair looks good and seems comfortable. However, I believe their customer service could be a lot better. An email was ignored, call-back didn't happen and kept holding on too long when I rang. In my delivery instructions I asked for driver to ring me approx. 1 hour away so I could be at the nursing home when it arrived. Having received bad customer service I suspected this wouldn't happen so I went over and waited and yes I was right the driver didn't ring me. I detected a bit of an 'attitude' from them in my dealings. At no point did I feel like a valued customer.

GBAn all round excellent service Highly recommended. The website was easy to use. We were kept well informed on the progress of our order. Delivery went smoothly - the delivery men were polite and helpful making sure that our new chairs were placed as we wanted. The chairs are comfortable and great quality - excellent value.
