I've had my chair and footstool for two weeks, the support to your back and hips are amazing(make sure you order the right size). Very pleased with my purchase would highly recommend.

Really good quality chair Really good quality chair. Plain and simple but does the job. Lovely choice of colours and arrived within the delivery time stated. Good price when comparing with other ones on the market. Only downside was that I never received notification of it being shipped but maybe that was a blip. Otherwise excellent.

Would highly recommend High quality, comfortable chair which assists frail elderly person to move more easily from sit to stand. Good range of design options on sizing and also on being able to select pressure relief cushion , which is quite firm. Also possible to buy a spare cushion which is useful. Delivered within the expected three week timeframe although we had to prompt for the actual delivery date. Delivery driver was very helpful and also phoned an hour prior to arrival.

Scammers - do not buy anything from this company! Ordered a sofa in March for my brother who is in a care home and has dementia. Delivery was promised for 2 weeks but after 6 weeks the company still couldn’t give me a delivery date so I cancelled the order. I was promised a refund but nearly 2 months later and after countless phone calls and emails he still hasn’t had his money back. I’ve now commenced legal action against Homecarechairs to get him his refund. Dealing with the company is a nightmare - they simply ignore emails and phone calls. On the rare occasion I have managed to speak to someone, they promise a refund but nothing ever happens. Seriously do not use this company!

I was a bit nervous about ordering a… I was a bit nervous about ordering a chair online without having the opportunity to try it first as it was for my elderly mother. However, I was delighted that it arrived promptly and was so well made. My mother loves her new chair which is well designed and so comfortable. Tremendous value for money and fits well in our living room, I chose a wing back style with Queen Anne legs and I was impressed at the range of colours and fabrics. I would certainly buy more furniture from Homecarechairs.
