A Happy Ending Audien offered to reimburse purchasing an upgraded model with a honorarium. After receiving and trying to touch bases, no one seemed to know what I was talking about. However, Liz not only went the extra mile but a few more. She was extremely patient and understanding tracing the problem to an email glitch. The check was lost by USPS, which again, Liz was instrumental with an inquiry. Unable to locate it, Liz and Audien launched another check which was delivered via another carrier. It’s impatient people like me that make her job more difficult but I’m so glad she is so adept at handing people like me. The new hearing aids - the Adam Pro 2 are working extremely well with improved technology.

Audien hearing aids are THE BEST My husband is severely hearing impaired, and we first went the route of the $5000 set of hearing aids from the audiologist. When one of them was lost, I purchased him a pair of Audien Hearing Aids, and he's happier with them than the ones that cost several thousand dollars. Over the past several years I have purchased several pairs of Audien hearing aids, so we always have a back-up pair. Our most recent purchase was the 2.0....which are smaller and have even better sound quality. The price is very affordable, even with being on a limited income. The first set of hearing aids were too big for my ear canals, so I was upgraded to another pair that will hopefully work. They are due to arrive today.

The atom didn't work for my mom-but I can return them for refund The atom didn't work for my mom who is in her 90's. Perhaps her hearing deficit was too severe to benefit from these aids, but company did send return mailing label so I will get a refund.

I have only been wearing my aids for a… I have only been wearing my aids for a week. I wasn't happy and was somewhat impatient trying to get them to fit properly in my ear. That has been 80% resolved. My only disappointment is that they don't come in varied colors. I am a black lady and would like to have ordered a darker product. Other than that, so far, so good.
