GBThe ability to get assistance is very good. The ability to get assistance with problems is terrific. I was able to get a replacement for a lost hearing aid under the protection plan ( however, it did not know there was a deductible charge). The representative was quite helpful. I will have to discuss with them about noises and squealing I get on my hearing aids also--maybe they can help with that as well.

GBGreat Customer Service I originally purchased the Atom and the Atom Pro. Only the Atom arrived. After several weeks, I sent an inquiry if they were being shipped separately and why did I only receive the Atom? Omar with Customer Service was great. He sent me out a replacement pair for the Atom Pro that was lost during shipping. My boyfriend was already impressed with what he could hear with the Atom, but when he tried the Atom Pro, he could really sense the improvement in quality of sound. We are very happy with both sets of hearing aids and the amount of money we saved over purchasing "traditional" over the ear hearing aids.

GBCustomer service was very prompt in… Customer service was very prompt in trying to help with issues. The Atom stopped working and they replaced with a newer version and in the mean time I had ordered so I had to return for a refund. I received acknowledgement that a credit was issued on my account. My husband is using the replacement aids but they squeal a lot and we have tried everything. I think it has to do with either the buttons being touched while inserting or the microphone touching ear. We are still working with them but may need to get the over the ear later.

GBThe atom didn't work for my mom-but I can return them for refund The atom didn't work for my mom who is in her 90's. Perhaps her hearing deficit was too severe to benefit from these aids, but company did send return mailing label so I will get a refund.

GBAbove the rest I had tried other hearing aids from online suppliers. They had horrible customer service. I had issues with the first pair I bought from Audien. What did they do? They solved the problem. Erin was so helpful and considerate. I highly recommend them.
