Atom 2 Return Had an issue whereas we purchased the Atom 2 set, hoping it could enhance the hearing of our 93-year old mother. Unfortunately, it provided no additional gain from what she currently is using. Needing to return on their 45-day policy, they were quick and efficient to send SASE package label.

My customer service experience was fantastic! My customer service experience was great. It was the easiest experience I've had with any customer service in many years. The first set of hearing aids were too big for my ear canals, so I was upgraded to another pair that will hopefully work. They are due to arrive today.

A Happy Ending Audien offered to reimburse purchasing an upgraded model with a honorarium. After receiving and trying to touch bases, no one seemed to know what I was talking about. However, Liz not only went the extra mile but a few more. She was extremely patient and understanding tracing the problem to an email glitch. The check was lost by USPS, which again, Liz was instrumental with an inquiry. Unable to locate it, Liz and Audien launched another check which was delivered via another carrier. It’s impatient people like me that make her job more difficult but I’m so glad she is so adept at handing people like me. The new hearing aids - the Adam Pro 2 are working extremely well with improved technology.

If I could give a negative number I… If I could give a negative number I would. Bought the Audien Atom One. Unit never worked correctly. Company proclaims to be an American Company. It should be noted that if you do not speak or understand India dialects do not contact their customer service. Complete waste of time and energy. Followed every instruction provide to include watching every provided video. Unit failed to operate correctly from the first time using. Unit would show fully charged after charging over night then in 30 minutes it was start beeping (4 times) indicating battery was low. This was in one unit only. Customer service is a call center some where in India. I bought this product as a backup, don’t waste you time or money for this useless product.

refund request the first order we received, there was tremendous feed-back and could not be used. Audien then sent a second pair at no cost, those like the first set were way to big for mom's ear canals. i requested a refund and received the return label and sent them back on 2/20 and returned them the next day and were received by audien on 2/22, as of this writing almost a month later i have not seen any refund. "if i keep sending emails it pushes me further back in the queue"
