GBAwful refiund policy seems to be a scam They came quickly . I found they did not fit me, much too big. within hours of their arrival I notified ausdien as per their refund guarantee policy I needed to t=return them. went thru site, no response. tried phone number. 1st time they said they would call back never did, second time, 14 minutes on child, by clock, and then they disconnected. sent 3 emails and also no reply. sent replies to their ad emails to me or I'm your audien consultant if you have issues Im your personal person to contact and still no response. also tweeted to them 2x, again no response. As far as I am concerned they are scam company. they do send the product but their refund policy is a lie, or they would honor it and respond when asked to start refund process.

GBHorrible customer service. I had to return 2 sets of hearing aids due to constant feedback. They claim they never received the second pair back, so they are refusing to pay the refund. I followed their directions for the return, but now I’m out close to $300 dollars. Do not use this company. These are the order numbers: #749607; #750377; #757736;

GBAbove the rest I had tried other hearing aids from online suppliers. They had horrible customer service. I had issues with the first pair I bought from Audien. What did they do? They solved the problem. Erin was so helpful and considerate. I highly recommend them.

GBThe company has been great with…Unanswered questions The company has been great with handling any issue that i have had with my hearing aid. I do think it would be helpful if the company gave a more detail expaonation of when to use the different modes that are available on the pro2 and a better understanding of how the hearing aid should fit. One of my hearing aids popped out once and I am not sure if I should use a bigger dome or smaller one

GBOrdered aids. Needed to return. Ordered aids. Had an issue with sound. ENT and hearing appointments concluded a vaccination I just received caused a form of tinnitus and the aids would not work for me. This was a myself issue, not Audien's product. I requested and received a label to return them and got an immediate refund. After more checking by my doctors, I am hoping to be able to buy from Audien for the actual hearing aid I need for my level of hearing loss. My experience with Audien was one of cooperation and understanding.
