Promised service falling way short. Placed an order totaling 26 items which were said to be shipped within 48 hours. 72 hours later, 1 received, 7 have shipped and the remaining 18 items still nothing. Stores are low on stock and online is even worse as far as delivering on standards set by themselves. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This company doesnt care about the… This company doesnt care about the customer experience at all. Sent probiotics that need refrigeration via a long route through dhl and then the post office. It was delivered almost a week later and sat in the hot sun for 2 days because we were not notified it had been delivered. When contact company via chat and told them I had pictures of the bashed up pill box and the sun exposed package label they did Nothing! Nothing. Said i could go to a store (closest is 45 min away for me) or paid for shipment to return the item (which I am quite sure they would resell) Horrible horrible experience

Meh. This site always have the ingredient, magnesium stearate, in the products. This thing keeps breaking me out. Not everybody reacts the same way as another; you should at least research the ingredients before you blindly put it into your body. With such cheap products, I'm not that surprised with the side effects.

How is this acceptable? They are sending items to my old address, after I updated to my new address. Customer support said they may not be able to cancel all of the order. That’s weird. So they are going to still charge me for items I can’t receive? Yep. That’s exactly what’s happening. So now I have to contact my bank’s fraud department to get my money back. How does Vitamin Shoppe think that their handling of that mistake is ok?

That Taylor's, SC employee Rocks! I'm not sure about the other stores but the guy we go to at The Vitamin Shoppe in Taylor's, SC is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. My husband has nothing but great things to say about him since he got him feeling better! Keep up the great work!
