Promised service falling way short. Placed an order totaling 26 items which were said to be shipped within 48 hours. 72 hours later, 1 received, 7 have shipped and the remaining 18 items still nothing. Stores are low on stock and online is even worse as far as delivering on standards set by themselves. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor I was told that everybody answering the phone is considered a supervisor. That's laughable. It's almost as if they get rewarded to be A-holes.
