That Taylor's, SC employee Rocks! I'm not sure about the other stores but the guy we go to at The Vitamin Shoppe in Taylor's, SC is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. My husband has nothing but great things to say about him since he got him feeling better! Keep up the great work!

Store #101 Brandon FL Bathroom not working Loyale Vitamin store shopper and while at ask clerk to bathroom. He stated they were out of order. It seems very odd for a facility that focuses on health to not have place wash hands / other personal. How are the employees functioning. I spend about 120.00 per month in this store but may now turn to GNC as there bathroons are working

I recently applied for a job at Vitamin… I recently applied for a job at Vitamin Shoppe (an unnecessary “e”, it’s just Shop). Speaking of making things complicated, I think the reason I was not considered for the position was because of racial differences. I had all the skills and experience that they asked for, the interview went really great, and I’m jutting surprised why I didn’t make it. I waited patiently and calmly but this is just not fair. I’m not saying because I got rejected and I’m hurt, it’s actually because I believe it was a perfect match and they wanted to not hire me beacuse of my skin color or my Ethnicity. Vitamin Shoppe Lost a Customer I decided to order from Vitamin Shoppe online so I didn’t have to drive around to find a product. After ordering a bottle of Codeage Glutathione 1000mg, I received a bottle of the 500mg. I called and complained, they resent the WRONG product again. I called again and all they could do is tell me they would have the warehouse look into it and then offered for me to either get a 48-72 hour window for FedEx to pick it up or that I could return it to a store. Who sits around their home that long?? This completely defeats the whole reason I even ordered from them. Rest assured, this was the first and last time I will be.

BEWARE....HORRIBLE customer service BEWARE....HORRIBLE customer service. Every basic level, front line telephone rep is as rude as can be. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor I was told that everybody answering the phone is considered a supervisor. That's laughable. It's almost as if they get rewarded to be A-holes. I called corporate level 2 and got the same bad attitude. I will take 100% of my business to Bodybuilding.com The Vitamin Shoppe has earned a big fat grade F.
