nightmare customer service I returned over $800 worth of items to Drunk Elephant, some of which were damaged due to freezing temperatures in transit to me. Their packaging is faulty and caused products to leak out. The took photos of empty packaging and items used that was not how I sent it back and are flat out refusing to refund me. I paid additional $40 to ship the items back and now am out all the products and the money. Horrible nightmare of customer service stating I’ve returned used items to them before, if this was the case why would they accept another return from me?

My Daughter bought drunk elephant… My Daughter bought drunk elephant moisturizer today and within the hour we were at the hospital! She had a severe allergic reaction to YOUR product!!!!!!! She had 3 shots and 2xs filled because of your line! This is some POTENT ingredient in this, she was completely covered in Hives, whelps, shortness of Breath!! I would like a conference call on behalf of this! I have notes and Dr notes to prove along with pictures of her face!!!! STOP MAKING BAD STUFF THAT PEOPLE WANT TO TRY BECAUSE YOU PAY PEOPLE TO GIVE A HYPE on tik TOK about it!!! Pathetic if you ask me!!

price loveeee this so much the only problem is the money 56 quid for the lala retro my fav product but i under stand because of whats in it some of there stuff is cheap but i think they should lower it just a little bit

disgracful My daughter has been bragging me for this lala retro cream it is so not worth the money the packaging is lovely and its £55 or more and i thought it was a rip of it made me and my daughter break and and the bronzing drops gave me a rash! not happy!!! Also there products are NOT suitable for young humans as my daughter has shown me videos of a little girl using these products.Absolutley disgracful!!

Appalling Customer Services Appalling Customer Services, happy to take your money but as soon as there is a problem extremely unhelpful. Gave me false information & now ignoring me. I would recommend NOT buying directly from them. May be coincidence but my credit card was then used within 12 hours of my purchase. Luckily my bank has amazing customer service & dealt with it immediately.
