GBAmazing customer service Amazing customer service, I had ordered the D bronzi drops, but I didnt like them so the lady let me keep them and try again with a moisturizer and then she refunded me! I felt bad for still keeping them, but its okay! I’m so thankful! thank you drunk elephant!

GBA Product which is WAY too overrated I opened up an amazing shipping box which included the overpriced products I bought, only to find out they were literal pimple, spot making products. I understand my skin is different to others, and people will experience different results, but in 2 days of trying these products, I immediately broke out. I was very letdown considering these products were very expensive and overrated. If I were you, I would definitely look at a product like Cera ve or Cetaphil which is much more affordable, gentle and works better for your skin.

GBI owe my glowing skin to DE I owe my glowing skin to Drunk Elephant. It eliminates all the harmful ingredients that plague the skincare aisles and only included good-for-you stuff. I’ve been using it for over a year and have never been happier with my skin. And the fact that they are truly cruelty free (meaning they don’t sell on mainland China, therefore, the products do not fall into the category of “unless required to do so by law”, which almost every drug store brand does and a lot of higher end brands). I can’t say enough amazing things about Drunk Elephant. BHydra is my Holy Grail, I use it twice a day. They keep coming out with new products and they’re incredible. I have highly recommended DE to family and friends and they have all made the switch.

GBnightmare customer service I returned over $800 worth of items to Drunk Elephant, some of which were damaged due to freezing temperatures in transit to me. Their packaging is faulty and caused products to leak out. The took photos of empty packaging and items used that was not how I sent it back and are flat out refusing to refund me. I paid additional $40 to ship the items back and now am out all the products and the money. Horrible nightmare of customer service stating I’ve returned used items to them before, if this was the case why would they accept another return from me?

GBCustomer service is disgraceful Customer service is disgraceful. Items purchased for the first time and faulty. Rather than sending a replacement. As the customer they wanted me to fill in spreadsheets on the products issues, asked me to send them back and told me unable to replace the products. But l would have to wait for a refund and then order them again. Terrible service for faulty products. Won’t be buying from them again !!!
