Horrible service Horrible service. Item came damaged and they demanded the leaking item to be returned after picture proof and the agents are just rude. Shop anywhere else.

I have had the same reaction to their… I have had the same reaction to their protini cream as other people. I have never had an allergic reaction to anything before but woke up with a red itchy rash all over my face and neck . It was awful I couldn’t even try to cover it up as anything I tried on my face irritated it even more, I ended up taking an antihistamine which is not an ideal solution. Having read all the bad reviews about customer service I shan’t bother complaining but will bin it as I wouldn’t want any of my friends getting this rash.

I truly don’t understand the negative… I truly don’t understand the negative reviews here. I am a skincare/aesthetics junkie and have tried just about everything out there. I like to try new things and shake up my routine. I was using solely Biologique Recherche products for a couple of years, but finally decided I wanted to try something new, based on scientifically validated ingredients and at least a bit less expensive. I love Drunk Elephant’s philosophy and although their products aren’t cheap—mostly mid-range—they are well worth it. With every new product I tried, I wanted to try more. They have a huge range of products that have innovative formulations using state-of-the-art ingredients, and I am very pleased with the results. I’m hooked!

Targeting children via Influencers! I'm sure Drunk Elephant products are excellent, they are all our children talk about. Our daughters are 10 & 12 and being targetted by influencers probably being hired by companies like yourselves. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but IMO it's disgracefull you are targetting young girls in this manner. Shame!!!

Best customer service DE has definitely the best customer friendly service. I had bad experience with functioning of bottle of their C-Firma serum which I purchased from cultbeauty.com and Drunk Elephant has sent me a new one despite Cult Beauty refused to make it.
