Horrible experience - took money, didn't ship I am currently having a horrible experience with Drunk Elephant's customer service. I really like their products and I usually purchase them in Sephora or Ulta. However, for Cyber Monday, I purchased products from their site. They charged my card immediately, but my order was never shipped (even though I selected two day shipping). No one has responded to my inquiries. I have asked several times for them to either ship my order or give me a full refund.

Protini squirt bottle SUCKS Protini squirt bottle SUCKS! The serum itself is pretty good, although the bottle it is packaged in causes VERY unnecessary waste of the product, as it leans more towards fast spraying when used rather than a nice pump out of the serum.

Customer service is disgraceful Customer service is disgraceful. Items purchased for the first time and faulty. Rather than sending a replacement. As the customer they wanted me to fill in spreadsheets on the products issues, asked me to send them back and told me unable to replace the products. But l would have to wait for a refund and then order them again. Terrible service for faulty products. Won’t be buying from them again !!!

I have had the same reaction to their… I have had the same reaction to their protini cream as other people. I have never had an allergic reaction to anything before but woke up with a red itchy rash all over my face and neck . It was awful I couldn’t even try to cover it up as anything I tried on my face irritated it even more, I ended up taking an antihistamine which is not an ideal solution. Having read all the bad reviews about customer service I shan’t bother complaining but will bin it as I wouldn’t want any of my friends getting this rash.

Targeting children via Influencers! I'm sure Drunk Elephant products are excellent, they are all our children talk about. Our daughters are 10 & 12 and being targetted by influencers probably being hired by companies like yourselves. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but IMO it's disgracefull you are targetting young girls in this manner. Shame!!!
