GBUninformed and Late My order was marked as "processing" for over a week. No response or information. Made phone call to see where my order was and was sent to an anonymous voice mail. I was never given any good explanations on where my order was or why it was late. Eventually it did arrive, unexpected, in time for Christmas. I would not do business with them again.

GBPuppia Soft Mesh Dog Harness Color Red The customer service from PetFancy was perfect. However, the harness itself didn't fit, because the opening for the head was just a little too small. I ordered the harness based on the other measurements, but there was no request for a head measurement. I don't think PetFancy is responsible at all for this problem -- it's the company that offered the harness for sale -- Puppia. I would buy from PetFancy again, but probably not an item from Puppia. I don't know who I dealt with the gal who handled my order was most attentive and professional. My order arrived promptly and there were no surprises. Just what I ordered. (A dog harness.)
