Uninformed and Late My order was marked as "processing" for over a week. No response or information. Made phone call to see where my order was and was sent to an anonymous voice mail. I was never given any good explanations on where my order was or why it was late. Eventually it did arrive, unexpected, in time for Christmas. I would not do business with them again.

Love love love it!!! This carrier is the perfect size for my little 7 pound Pomeranian. She would not get in any other carrier without a little force, and I did not like that idea, especially if she would be in it for hours on a plane. It is plush and comfortable for her. Along with being just plain attractive. I bought the strawberry red, but wanted the teal, and since it was a limited edition on backorder, we could not take the chance of not getting it in time. The red one is pretty too, and matches my luggage. We also bought the pet pads in case she had a accident, and they fit well.
