Speedy Delivery and Responsive Customer Service I ordered the Sleepypod Pet Bed. PetFancy order processing was fast, and delivery was prompt. Upon receiving the package, the box label did not match my order (the color was not what I thought I ordered). I emailed customer service about it, and within 2 minutes the representative explained to me that they had run out of shipping boxes and assured me that the right colored Sleepypod was delivered to me.
