Great Follow Up Service Purchased an iFetch-Too ball launcher for my Airedale terrier. Came with out a charger. Called and received a charger in just two days. No fault of PetFancy but they made it right. Great Service on a $200 purchase.

Puppia Soft Mesh Dog Harness Color Red The customer service from PetFancy was perfect. However, the harness itself didn't fit, because the opening for the head was just a little too small. I ordered the harness based on the other measurements, but there was no request for a head measurement. I don't think PetFancy is responsible at all for this problem -- it's the company that offered the harness for sale -- Puppia. I would buy from PetFancy again, but probably not an item from Puppia.
