GBExcessive shipping costs My only objection is the exorbidant shipping costs for the two lightweight items I ordered totalling $36. The shipping was $15 and your policy of determining shipping costs on the total price of the order will discourage many people from ordering items that happen to be less expensive. It ultimately raises the price point of the item itself to be non-competitive with other vendors. And on top of it all, the shipping is just regular UPS ground, rather than a more expedited two or three day. Not a great value.

GBgreat site, easy to navigate The pictures & descriptions of the products are excellent. Love that as a professional we have pro pricing & a great amount of industry options. The only thing I was not pleased with was the shipping price. It goes by the amount spent on products - however, my products were small in size & I know that they could not cost almost $19 to ship. I understand that there are certain considerations built into those prices, however, that is still steep. Overall, I was very pleased with the variety of products, brands, & educational material available at this site. I was also happy with the ease of use of the site.

GBI have been doing pre-op physical… I have been doing pre-op physical therapy & the practice I go to uses your products. In between appointments I am doing the exercises at home using a belt which actually isn't as efficient & is more difficult. I ordered your Stretch Out Strap a few days ago & it arrived in today's mail. I am so excited. Great product. Great service. Thanks OPTP. I have to go do my exercises now.

GBAltered review (to the positive) of OPTP No notice of shipping from USPS, so I had written a poor review through Trustpilot..I did get a response within 5 minutes with a phone number to call...which I did, and the issue was resolved promptly by OPTP representative. Therefore I altered my review of OPTP. Thank You OPTP for your prompt attention once I called.

GBShopping fine; Shipping seemed unclear Shopping itself was fine. However, when I placed the order and selected the default "USPS Priority Mail," I couldn't find an explanation of what that is in terms of potential number of days til delivery. A ballpark figure would have been nice so I could make the best choice between that option and another.
