Altered review (to the positive) of OPTP No notice of shipping from USPS, so I had written a poor review through Trustpilot..I did get a response within 5 minutes with a phone number to call...which I did, and the issue was resolved promptly by OPTP representative. Soft rollers The short videos that explained the difference between the different types of rollers were very helpful. A good idea to offer a book that demonstrates exercises for users new to rollers. I ordered the book along with the soft roller.
