I contacted customer service and received a prompted notification and response from Sherif, who advised me that a replacement of the correct size will be shipped soon after. Hip Hip hooray, Gizmo's ears will be protected and I won't have to dry off a soggy puppy. He loves the rain!!!

I ordered two items for my brand new… I ordered two items for my brand new Frenchie, a sweater and a jacket. Absolutely adorable!!! The sweater fits great because it stretches but I ordered to small of a size of the “Gucci” jacket. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! They got back to me immediately and asked for his measurements and are sending me out a new one as a one time complementary transaction without sending back the one I ordered. Sad he doesn’t fit the one I ordered him, but I will give it to a good home and I will definitely be ordering a lot more outfits from this amazing company and making sure I measure my pup, right 😂🙌🏼 Thank you Frenchie shop, you guys rock!

Highly recommended shop The article I ordered for my dog was very nice but it didn‘t suit. I asked for being allowed to send it back. The answer arrived very fast. It needn‘t be sent back and I will get another one in the right size for free. The contact was fantastic and I highly recommend this shop 👍👍👍!
