I ordered two items for my brand new… I ordered two items for my brand new Frenchie, a sweater and a jacket. Absolutely adorable!!! The sweater fits great because it stretches but I ordered to small of a size of the “Gucci” jacket. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! They got back to me immediately and asked for his measurements and are sending me out a new one as a one time complementary transaction without sending back the one I ordered. Sad he doesn’t fit the one I ordered him, but I will give it to a good home and I will definitely be ordering a lot more outfits from this amazing company and making sure I measure my pup, right 😂🙌🏼 Thank you Frenchie shop, you guys rock!

I reached out to send back for replacement and the customer service team took care of the rest. They even asked for the measurements so they could help size my pup and put her in the best looking outfits. The quality of the items that were delivered were great.
