GBI bought a pair of French Bulldog boots… I bought a pair of French Bulldog boots and they sent the correct size, but It is too small. so, want to exchange the bigger size. However, I received a quick response saying they would send a different new pair of boots, and they even offered it for free. I'm so grateful and amazed. Now I've become a customer who trusts the French shop.

ALI have been using Frenchie Shop for… I have been using Frenchie Shop for quite a few years and they are Absolutely outstanding in customer service! 5 stars hands down, if I could give 10 I would! Very quick with responses and answering emails. Even offered to mail a FREE product replacement free of charge to EU. Cannot ask for more. Thank you soo much for your kindness and looking after our fur babies...

GBI really didn't like the idea of paying… I really didn't like the idea of paying for a product and it didn't fit, and only getting a fraction of my money returned. I think they should just return the money you spent on that item, not replacing it with another item that is less than what you originally paid. I will be rethinking buying from the Frenchie shop again. I feel bad, but I don't like their return policy.

GBI ordered two items for my brand new… I ordered two items for my brand new Frenchie, a sweater and a jacket. Absolutely adorable!!! The sweater fits great because it stretches but I ordered to small of a size of the “Gucci” jacket. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! They got back to me immediately and asked for his measurements and are sending me out a new one as a one time complementary transaction without sending back the one I ordered. Sad he doesn’t fit the one I ordered him, but I will give it to a good home and I will definitely be ordering a lot more outfits from this amazing company and making sure I measure my pup, right 😂🙌🏼 Thank you Frenchie shop, you guys rock!

GBFrenchie Robot I ordered the Frenchie Robot in October for a Christmas gift. I gave it on Christmas. Upon opening the original box and activated the robot, it did not work. Customer Service refused to send another or refund because of their 14 day return policy. I respect the policy, however, I have never heard of a policy like that for Christmas gifts. Just out the money and the toy.
