GBI made a purchase with Spa and… I made a purchase with Spa and equipment and part of the device I purchased broke! I called the company and they asked for a pics of the broken pieces! Very shortly after that I had brand new piece send to me without questions asked! The lady that was helping me was Yolanda Melena. She was so professional and kind and I wish everybody in skin care industry and mostly customer service was as efficient as this wonderful employee of SPA and EQUIPMENT. Excellent job and many many thanks!

GBLOW QUALITY Facial Steamer and Non-existent customer service I purchased the Euro Facial Steamer and was surprised to find that it had a LOUD ticking timer for the steam (that is not listed as so on their website). When I contacted customer support regarding this issue, Ryan's response was, "Surprisingly, I talk to a lot of people who don't mind it! You are welcome to ship it back to us (another $50) and we can sell you the Digital Euro Facial Steamer ($329 + another $50 in shipping). We'll even waive the 15% restocking fee!" Nope, no thank you!! Never again buying from this sham of a company who purposefully leave out info in their descriptions and have NO idea how to design spa products. I'll give away this ticking time-bomb before I ever spend another penny here.

GBThe best spa equipment company! I purchased so many spa equipments from this company. Their quality of the products are always great, the prices are very reasonable and cheaper than any where else and their customer service team is so knowledgeable and nice. I have been working with them for over 10 years now. Hands down the best spa equipment company.

GBNot sure about this company. They collect my payment and then don't ship my equipment. They claim to need an authorization form AFTER they have already taken my payment. They never answer their phone and have only returned my 4th message after I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau. I am not sure about this company. I should have read these reviews first.

GBOutstanding Customer Service The customer service is above and beyond. If you have any questions, they can handle it not only with ease but with courtesy, professionalism and care. They even addressed a topic I almost forgot to inquire about and were more than informative about my product and how to care for it to get the longest life out of it. I was super happy with my call (which doesn't happen often) and will use this company again for my spa purchases.
