They are very conscientious about communicating exactly when the product is being shipped and where it is enroute to finally arriving in my office, which only took about 4 days. Outstanding Customer Service The customer service is above and beyond. If you have any questions, they can handle it not only with ease but with courtesy, professionalism and care. They even addressed a topic I almost forgot to inquire about and were more than informative about my product and how to care for it to get the longest life out of it.
