Couldn't have been better!!! Dealing with Spa and Equipment was the easiest and most pleasant transaction I have to date with an online retailer. Calling them directly to answer a few questions was actually getting a real person, not a "hired" customer service operator to read from a script. They helped me arrange shipping and get the most value for my money spent. They answered all my questions and suggested more efficient ways to process the order, which save me money!! That is customer service at its best!

They first started out by calling me and confirming that I made this order and that it was not some type of fraud. Then they followed up with great communication throughout the entire cycled through delivery. Upon receipt the product was packaged with great care and we received it without any damage. Excellent service, twice in a row. Twice I have ordered a table from Spa and Equipment and both times I received excellent service. They are very conscientious about communicating exactly when the product is being shipped and where it is enroute to finally arriving in my office, which only took about 4 days. I've ordered from them a few times and I'll continue to do so again. I ordered from another company out of Sacramento and they didn't stand behind their cheap, made in China products. An employee at that Sacramento company used my credit card info to order pizza and had it delivered to their home. Lol Decided it was time to find a new company so I used spa and equipment that I found on the internet. I've ordered a few times and only had a problem with one thing but they fixed it immediately. Ed went above and beyond to satisfy this customer. I will continue to do business with this company because of him!!!
