Excellent service, twice in a row. Twice I have ordered a table from Spa and Equipment and both times I received excellent service. They are very conscientious about communicating exactly when the product is being shipped and where it is enroute to finally arriving in my office, which only took about 4 days. And I'm very happy with the tables. Thank you!

Great customer service! Super super helpful customer service agents dealing with a large order and a product that is on backorder that will ship later than the rest. This company was so easy to work with, very efficient, got back to me when they promised they would. I could not be happier. I know the products I ordered will be fantastic. I ordered 4 Spa Procedure beds and 4 towel warmers from them. I'm sure I'll be back to order more based on this transaction.

Very disappointed I'm very disappointed to hear that after receiving one of the items I ordered and found that it wasn't what I expected and needed to send back, I am being charged a 15% and pay for the return shipping. Had I known before the order was placed and since I am not able to see the item live, I wouldn't have ordered it. So, therefore, I won't be ordering from your company for the simple fear if it isn't right, I'm charged!

I made a purchase with Spa and… I made a purchase with Spa and equipment and part of the device I purchased broke! I called the company and they asked for a pics of the broken pieces! Very shortly after that I had brand new piece send to me without questions asked! The lady that was helping me was Yolanda Melena. She was so professional and kind and I wish everybody in skin care industry and mostly customer service was as efficient as this wonderful employee of SPA and EQUIPMENT. Excellent job and many many thanks!

Great Service, Icredibly Fast Delivery! Ordered an 11 function facial machine. Confirmed order on a Saturday and received the machine on following Tuesday. I am located in Missouri and, best that I can tell, shipment originated in Southern Calif. Super surprised. Machine seems to be exactly what we expected. Very pleased! Will purchase from this company again.
