GBVery disappointed I'm very disappointed to hear that after receiving one of the items I ordered and found that it wasn't what I expected and needed to send back, I am being charged a 15% and pay for the return shipping. Had I known before the order was placed and since I am not able to see the item live, I wouldn't have ordered it. So, therefore, I won't be ordering from your company for the simple fear if it isn't right, I'm charged!

GBThe wait is ridiculous! Easy to order but hard to get what you have already ordered and paid for. This company promises to send your equipment/ order when you sign their senseless documents and send payment, but here I am a week later and my order is just sitting there. It's already been processed and they have it ready to ship but just seem to have a trouble getting UPS to pick it up. Don't waste your time especially if you're working with a deadline, they can't meet that expectation.

GBOutstanding Customer Service The customer service is above and beyond. If you have any questions, they can handle it not only with ease but with courtesy, professionalism and care. They even addressed a topic I almost forgot to inquire about and were more than informative about my product and how to care for it to get the longest life out of it. I was super happy with my call (which doesn't happen often) and will use this company again for my spa purchases.

GBGreat customer service! Super super helpful customer service agents dealing with a large order and a product that is on backorder that will ship later than the rest. This company was so easy to work with, very efficient, got back to me when they promised they would. I could not be happier. I know the products I ordered will be fantastic. I ordered 4 Spa Procedure beds and 4 towel warmers from them. I'm sure I'll be back to order more based on this transaction.

GBUnexpected Delivery of a bulky item When placing the order I was assured the shipping company would have got in touch to give me a delivery window. Instead, Spaandequipment didn't send me any email with any tracking number, nor the shipping company got in touch at any moment. Final result, I got a phone call like: your 200 lbs item is here RIGHT NOW on the sidewalk: come and move it. Awful after sale follow up (so far).
