CAEasy Prompt AND friendly service Once I saw the great selection on Skin Act's site,..I knew I would find what I was looking for. Then I was concerned about the shipping out of USA to Canada. The Customer Service/Order department was great to deal with - very knowledgeable and worked with my Customs account to make the shipping care free. I received my Esthetics chair quickly (within a WEEK) and we love the quality! I WILL be purchasing from Skin Act again!

GBLOW QUALITY Facial Steamer and Non-existent customer service I purchased the Euro Facial Steamer and was surprised to find that it had a LOUD ticking timer for the steam (that is not listed as so on their website). When I contacted customer support regarding this issue, Ryan's response was, "Surprisingly, I talk to a lot of people who don't mind it! You are welcome to ship it back to us (another $50) and we can sell you the Digital Euro Facial Steamer ($329 + another $50 in shipping). We'll even waive the 15% restocking fee!" Nope, no thank you!! Never again buying from this sham of a company who purposefully leave out info in their descriptions and have NO idea how to design spa products. I'll give away this ticking time-bomb before I ever spend another penny here.

GBso far so good received combination mag light/steamer. upon opening package, there was visible signs of rust on several of the pieces. I immediately contacted customer service. I was instructed to take a picture and email it for their review. I followed up a few hours later and was told FedEx would pick up the defective equipment and a replacement would be on its way.
