Couldn't have been better!!! Dealing with Spa and Equipment was the easiest and most pleasant transaction I have to date with an online retailer. Calling them directly to answer a few questions was actually getting a real person, not a "hired" customer service operator to read from a script. They helped me arrange shipping and get the most value for my money spent. They answered all my questions and suggested more efficient ways to process the order, which save me money!! That is customer service at its best!

Easy Prompt AND friendly service Once I saw the great selection on Skin Act's site,..I knew I would find what I was looking for. Then I was concerned about the shipping out of USA to Canada. The Customer Service/Order department was great to deal with - very knowledgeable and worked with my Customs account to make the shipping care free. I received my Esthetics chair quickly (within a WEEK) and we love the quality! I WILL be purchasing from Skin Act again!

I made a purchase with Spa and… I made a purchase with Spa and equipment and part of the device I purchased broke! I called the company and they asked for a pics of the broken pieces! Very shortly after that I had brand new piece send to me without questions asked! The lady that was helping me was Yolanda Melena. She was so professional and kind and I wish everybody in skin care industry and mostly customer service was as efficient as this wonderful employee of SPA and EQUIPMENT. Their quality of the products are always great, the prices are very reasonable and cheaper than any where else and their customer service team is so knowledgeable and nice.
