Rick worked with me past his scheduled hours and then again from home through email afterwards. He was most helpful in answering each and every question in helping me make an informed decision. I couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. They listen to our needs and make recommendation for models that are best fit. We've been shopping for massage chair for over 2 weeks and talked to many sales people, this team is the best team to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Not happy today The website said you had black in stock, now I have to wait until March 10-15th before I receive my chair on back order. And that’s after changing the color to bronze because it will be in stock a week earlier. I’m having hand surgery March 2nd and won’t be able to set up my chair or put it together so I’m pretty irritated that it will be setting for 3 months until I can assemble it after my hand heals. Would of been nice having it to relax in while healing but not going to happen.

Just ordered Ogawa 3D Smartt chair … Just ordered Ogawa 3D Smartt chair today after extensive research. I found a deal on another site but wanted to buy it directly from Ogawa hence contacted them. I was lucky to get through to Rick who truly went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. He answered all my outstanding questions and ensured I received the best deal possible. So far it has been an extremely positive experience. Can't wait to receive my chair.
