Rick was phenomenal during the hold.... Rick was phenomenal during the hold buying process. He promptly returned all my calls, even though I had arranged to purchase elsewhere. Knowing this, Rick even negotiated on my behalf. Absolutely no pressure, pure professionalism. Once I decided to order, Rick followed with an email with a personal touch and Sarah kept me apprised of my shipments movement. The time-frame for the arrival of my massage chair was just as I was told, and without delay.

Some info was unclear as I went through … Some info was unclear as I went through the CHAT process to buy. Had questions later and unable to reach rep. In retrospect I should have spoken to a person on the phone. Unfortunately most phone reps speak to quickly and are difficult to understand due to foreign dialects. I was treated well by the rep but there were longer pauses on the CHAT text. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.

Couldn't ask for a better customer service experience! I needed to confirm several things about the Ogawa massage chair I was considering to purchase. Rick answered ALL my questions quickly and thoroughly. His patience and product knowledge was appreciated as I was apprehensive about making a purchase until I fully understood everything about the chair. I couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. Thank you Ogawa for making this and awesome all around experience!!!!! This is our new forever chair!!!!!!

Rick was awesome Rick was awesome! Really took his time to educate me on the different products they offer in massage chairs! I appreciated his knowledge and for being genuine.
