Not happy today The website said you had black in stock, now I have to wait until March 10-15th before I receive my chair on back order. And that’s after changing the color to bronze because it will be in stock a week earlier. I’m having hand surgery March 2nd and won’t be able to set up my chair or put it together so I’m pretty irritated that it will be setting for 3 months until I can assemble it after my hand heals. Would of been nice having it to relax in while healing but not going to happen.

Rick was awesome Rick was awesome! Really took his time to educate me on the different products they offer in massage chairs! I appreciated his knowledge and for being genuine. I couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. Knowing this, Rick even negotiated on my behalf. Absolutely no pressure, pure professionalism. Once I decided to order, Rick followed with an email with a personal touch and Sarah kept me apprised of my shipments movement.
