I couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. Just ordered Ogawa 3D Smartt chair … Just ordered Ogawa 3D Smartt chair today after extensive research. I found a deal on another site but wanted to buy it directly from Ogawa hence contacted them.
