I couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. Thank you Ogawa for making this and awesome all around experience!!!!! This is our new forever chair!!!!!!

Wonderful customer service Wonderful customer service. Rick and Jimmy are very helpful, taking their time to answer our questions and helping us choose the right chair for our need. They listen to our needs and make recommendation for models that are best fit. We've been shopping for massage chair for over 2 weeks and talked to many sales people, this team is the best team to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Rick was awesome Rick was awesome! Really took his time to educate me on the different products they offer in massage chairs! I appreciated his knowledge and for being genuine. Not happy today The website said you had black in stock, now I have to wait until March 10-15th before I receive my chair on back order. And that’s after changing the color to bronze because it will be in stock a week earlier. I’m having hand surgery March 2nd and won’t be able to set up my chair or put it together so I’m pretty irritated that it will be setting for 3 months until I can assemble it after my hand heals. Would of been nice having it to relax in while healing but not going to happen.

Rick was phenomenal during the hold.... Rick was phenomenal during the hold buying process. He promptly returned all my calls, even though I had arranged to purchase elsewhere. Knowing this, Rick even negotiated on my behalf. Absolutely no pressure, pure professionalism. Once I decided to order, Rick followed with an email with a personal touch and Sarah kept me apprised of my shipments movement. The time-frame for the arrival of my massage chair was just as I was told, and without delay.
