GBA Formidable Newcomer to the Customer Support Space We recently switched to Desku and have been very pleased with the product so far. Our primary use is website chat and knowledge base and it is nice having both in the same SaaS product. The product is relatively new, but the developers appear to be releasing new features quickly and are open to user feedback. The onboarding was pretty straightforward and so far our team prefers using Desku vs our previous option.

CAThe product is solid and easy to work… The product is solid and easy to work on. A robust live chat feature is the gem. Setting up an account to live customer support is really not going to take much time. They put a lot of thought processes into the UI as I found it so easy to work on. The only con I see is the customer support from desku. I submitted tickets a couple of times and never receive a reply, but they seem very active on Facebook community group.

SGfunctional product and easy to use desku has been updating and deliver good updates to the products. It has friendly interface which is easy to navigate as a new user.

GBDesku.io is an amazing helpdesk solution I have a number of helpdesk/live chat SaaS subscriptions but after using DeskU this past month, I'm starting to feel that I can move my businesses fully to DeskU. They are consistently pushing out updates, they listen to the community, and the app itself is quite good already. At this pace, they'll be one of the best/most popular helpdesk options around within a year. Keep up the great work!
