Awesome live chat functions, hope there they could integrate with more social platforms like Instagram.. The development could abit faster but overall happy with this product

CA5 Stars ⭐ All-in-One Customer Support Platform As a early Desku adopter, I have seen new features being added to the platform on a regular basis since the begining. I am using it in 3 of my businesses and I am super satisfied with it. Documentation is not always covering all there is to know but the UI is pretty intuitive and getting support is quite fast. The only thing that would be great to be added to the Desku ecosystem to make it the ultimate Customer Support SaaS offering would be an AI for Deskubot, but I'm pretty sure it is somewhere in their features roadmap.

GBSuch a neat add-on to the Desku series Such a neat add-on to the Desku series. Integrates with their Live Chat service too. Could use a few more actions for creating a bot. For example, delay....wait X seconds before continuing. Gives it a more realistic effect

GBDesku - Customer Support Platform on a new level From the first instance of using Desku, I have been super impressed with the ease of use and feature set. The team is very responsive to feedback; if any tech issues arise, they are extremely quick to deal with them. The pace of development has begun to increase so I am looking forward to more exciting future developments. Bottom line - Highly recommended.
