The Desku Helpdesk app is available on both iPhone and Android platforms, and it works well with WooCommerce and Shopify. Being able to manage multiple inboxes and brands is a huge plus. This is a powerful tool that is priced fairly and provides great value.

Good email deliverability, nice UI (a bit similar to Freshdesk), great features including shared inbox for multiple sites/brands, live chat, chatbot, social inbox, and knowledge base. Compared to other newcomers in Helpdesk software space like ThriveDesk and LabiDesk, Desku is clearly the winner by miles.
