GBA Formidable Newcomer to the Customer Support Space We recently switched to Desku and have been very pleased with the product so far. Our primary use is website chat and knowledge base and it is nice having both in the same SaaS product. The product is relatively new, but the developers appear to be releasing new features quickly and are open to user feedback. The onboarding was pretty straightforward and so far our team prefers using Desku vs our previous option.

GBThis one stands out Desku.io has a user-friendly interface and makes it easy for businesses to provide support via live chat, tickets, and a knowledge base for their customers. The Desku Helpdesk app is available on both iPhone and Android platforms, and it works well with WooCommerce and Shopify. Being able to manage multiple inboxes and brands is a huge plus. This is a powerful tool that is priced fairly and provides great value.

AUsimple and easy I feel like I have tried every customer support saas out there and some have all the features under the sun but only gets more complicated as a result. I feel Desku has a good balance, keeps it simple and just works effectively

Awesome live chat functions, hope there they could integrate with more social platforms like Instagram.. The development could abit faster but overall happy with this product
