GBHighly recommended! I have just finished the 1 week retreat in Portugal! I loved every second! The way I feel mentally and physically now is just what I needed. Every morning exercising with an amazing group of people, 5* food, great PT sessions, learning yoga & meditation by Glenda who by the way was a great addition to the team! Every day felt so productive and happy. Got lots in but also had a lot of chill time too it was the perfect balance. Genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. It was also a nice reset for me to get back into loving health and fitness as since covid I haven’t exercised or ate a well balanced diet in 2 years. The villa was also beautiful which was a great addition but Connor & Flo was the real experience! Thank you so much, will definitely be doing another one!

GBExcellent Pilates Classes I started Pilates with Claire because I was feeling a bit unstable when riding my horse and I’d had a few falls. Since joining the mat classes I have noticed a real difference in my core stability and all round strength and in my breathing regulation which has made a huge difference to my riding. I now feel more aware of my body and am able to maintain my position much better which has helped my confidence and my partnership with my horse, and this has helped me progress massively. I also feel healthier too and energised after each session. Thank you, Claire! I highly recommend x

GBCG fitness at its best My reservations and apprehensions were on top of my worry list when it came to this retreat as I just didn’t know what to expect and how I would perform either by myself or with the rest of the group and although I train with Connor anyway it’s a different experience when working with him on a one to one basis,s. But I can safely say the experience the environment and the whole atmosphere of the group and one to one sessions were amazing. The yoga 🧘♀️ I did for the very first time was a great experience something I would definitely recommend especially after a good workout 🏋️♀️. Working in a great surrounding with good weather was an added bonus. The food was exceptional and learned to cook in different ways. And definitely will be trying some recipes out Connor as always hard working, works at your pace and definitely would recommend anyone who is looking to better your health and have fun at the same time 😃

GBWhat a great experience! The CG Fitness Retreat was an amazing experience. It has really helped me physically and mentally. After covid it's been really hard to find motivation to eat well and exercise, I hadn't even realised how much I'd let work and life consume me. Being supported by Connor and Flo's expertise in training and nutrition as well as being surrounded by welcoming people really helped amplify the experience. Glenda was amazing, having not done much yoga before I didn't know how well I'd do. She was very accommodating for all abilities which helped me feel comfortable. The energy of the team was contagious, having free time for excursions and activities really helped the group bond. I will definitely be booking on again for future retreats. I'd 100% recommend to anyone!

GBAmazing fitness retreat!! The Portugal fitness retreat with CGFR has been truly amazing, each day planned out before our arrival, starting with a group session each day, head PT Connor put us through our paces with a variety of sessions from cardio to weights and boxing. This was followed by a delicious, filling and nutritious breakfast put together by the amazing chef Flo, all meals were cooked and prepared by him, taking into account the activities we had planned for the day to ensure we were getting the right foods to fuel our day. Every single person asked for the recipes at the end of the week to recreate at home and Flo gladly obliged. As well as group activities Connor provided 2 PT sessions for each of us, helping to achieve any goals that we had set not only for the week but to set us on the right path once the retreat was finished. Yoga instructor Glenda was on hand to help stretch out our tired muscles, happy to put on extra sessions when we needed it on top of those already planned in for the week, guiding us through the steps and meditation. Each afternoon there was time for excursions with the group, bringing us all together to get to know each other and experience what Portugal had to offer as a team. We also had free time to enjoy round the pool of the beautiful villa. A massive thank you to Connor, Flo and Glenda for an amazing week, can't wait to see you on the next one!!
